The Big Day Package
This package is for the Bride and Groom that does all of the planning themselves but wants someone there on the big day to make sure everything goes just the way it was planned. On the day of your wedding, we will be there to make sure everything is in its place and handle any problems if they arise. This allows you to sit back, relax, and spend time with friends and family before you get married.
- One hour consultation to discuss all of the details
- Unlimited contact via email, phone, and texting
- Wedding Weekend Timeline to Bride, Groom, Wedding Party, and Family
- Address and resolve any issues that may arise
- Makes sure your plans are carried out just how you wanted
- Finalize and confirm with vendors one month and one week before wedding
- Oversee vendors at ceremony and reception to make sure contracts are fulfilled
- Makes sure all gifts and personal items are placed in designated vehicle
- Makes sure everyone is in place to start events such as pictures, cake cutting, toasts, dances, etc.
- Distribute final payments to vendors
The Wedding Weekend Package
This package is for the Bride and Groom that needs help starting the planning process, some advice along the way, and a coordinator there the day of . We will recommend vendors, provide checklists, and be there to anwer any questions along the way. Then when the Wedding Weekend arrives, we will be there to make sure your plans go without a problem. We will be there from the Rehearsal to the last wedding event. This allows you to sit back, relax, and spend time with friends and family while we make sure everything runs smoothly.
Includes everything from the Big Day Package plus...
- Two consultations- one at the beginning and one at the end of planning
- Provide checklists
- On site reception meeting
- Reception clean up
- Attendance at vendor meetings and contract review
- Preferred vendor recommendations
- Coordinates Rehearsal
- Placement of favors, place cards, programs, and other small items
- Helps bridal party with getting ready
The Intimate Wedding Package
This package is for the Bride and Groom that needs help starting the planning process but also a little help throughout the planning as well. We will recommend vendors, create a budget, provide checklists, and be there to anwer any questions along the way. We will also assist with picking out decorations, invitations, wedding party gifts, and more. When the Wedding Weekend arrives, we will be there from the Rehearsal to the last wedding event. This allows you to sit back, relax, and spend time with friends and family while we make sure everything runs smoothly.
Includes everything from the Wedding Weekend Package plus...
- A consultation at the beginning, middle, and end of the planning process
- Unlimited email/phone contact with family and bridal party members
- Assist with selection of Bride and Groom's attire
- Assist with choosing and assembly of: favors, invitations, menus, and programs
- Assist with selection of Ceremony and Reception decorations/centerpieces
- Provide calendar with all vendor payment due dates and payment schedule
- Assist with choosing menu selections
- Creates/updates budget and regularly sends to bride and groom

The Ultimate Wedding Package
This package is for the Bride and Groom that needs help throughout the entire process. This is especially helpful to those that work a lot of hours and/or have no desire to plan a wedding. We will meet to find out more about you and try to get an idea of what would make your big day truly yours. The goal is to cover everything we can so you can focus on your daily life until the big day arrives.
Includes everything from the Intimate Wedding Package plus...
- Unlimited meetings with bride, groom, and families
- Assemble and mail save-the-dates, invitations, shower invitations, rehearsal dinner invitations, and thank you's
- Monitor guest list and track RSVPs
- Newsletter to wedding party and family with important dates and information
- Assist bridesmaids and groomsmen with the planning of showers, bachelor parties, and bachelorette parties
- Phone calls to guests invited that haven't confirmed their RSVP
- Coordinate every detail with vendors- set up times, facility policies, any changes, bride/groom selections, etc.
- Assist out-of-town guests with accomodations, transportation, things to do, maps, itenararies, etc.
- One women's and one men's bathroom guest basket provided
- Assemble and deliver out-of-town bags to hotel (contents billed separately if we purchase)
- Coordinate and manage guest accommodations
- Assist with honeymoon plans, travel agent recommendations, will attend up to 2 meetings with travel agent

Rentals
Candy Buffet Vase Rental
Candy buffet vases with scoops available for rental. For an additional charge, we can decorate the candy table for you, provide the candy and bags/boxes for guests to fill, and/or provide an attendant to work the table.
Candy Buffets are great for birthday parties, weddings, showers, and all other parties.
We can also fill with other goodies upon request. Cupcakes, cakes, and other food items will have to be contracted out.
Chair Covers and Sashes available for rent. Many colors available.
$3 per chair cover and $1 per sash
